Recruiting For Abyssea Linkshell

The Linkshell Teamenvyus of Valefor is recruiting again!
We're looking for WHMs MAINLY, but are willing to take BLMs, BRDs, THFs, and MNKs as well.

Quick run through of the rules:
Lotting: Once you join, you're on a one week trial period. No lotting except for free lot items during this week. Once the week is up, you'll be a full member and be allowed to choose your lotting rights. Lotting works like many pick up Dynamis runs, you choose a 1st and 2nd priority job that you want full +2 on. One catch is, you may not lot +2 items unless you have the +1 of what they're for. If you need seals for a +1, say something, and we'll get it done.

Attendance: Attendance is pretty lenient, we want you around as much as possible so all members can have flexibility to fulfill the jobs needed with who is best at it. If you miss 3 raids in a row, your lotting is locked for 3 runs.

Time: We try to gather at 7pm EST and be in Abyssea by 7:30. The run can last anywhere from 4-7 hours depending on how long people stay (getting tired/bed etc).

What we aim for: We're here to get ***done. We raid different zones almost every night. Some nights will be for grinding out seal NMs, for those who need their +1. Others will be solely NMs that drop +2 items. Any r/ex item is FREE LOT unless it is job specific, in which case, it goes to those with the job listed as 1st/2nd priority. We don't want drama, we just want to get stuff for everyone and have fun doing it. If theres something you need from a certain NM/zone, let a leader know, we WILL plan a run for it.
