I can play Mary had a Little Lamb, Beethoven's Ode to Joy, and the Final Fantasy Victory Theme. It's really slow and I haven't macroed them in, but it does sound like them ^^

Mine plays the 8-tune doorbell song. You know, 7-5-6-1, 1-6-7-5 :)

I also heard someone play that kids song, 1-1-5-5-6-6-5, 4-4-3-3-2-2-1, nopt sure what the title or words are.

Ode to joy would be 3-3-4-5-5-4-3-2-1-1-2-3-3-2-2

I figure by the turn of the month we'll have every video game song and cliche known to man done in bell macro.

If you only get 8 notes that's not gonna be possible, the melody covers a range of an 11th or so.

Labyrinth GO (Zelda 1 dungeon theme)...I know people in LOTRO play that all the time...

Unfortunately the Zelda theme covers a range of...lemme think...13? Something like that. I know it's more than one octave.

By default the bell sounds are off. You have to type /bellsw to be able to hear the sound.

Regrouping that into the original pattern, wouldn't it be 2-5-6, 2-5-6, 2-5-6-8-7, 5-3-2-3-5, 3-2-3-5? I'll work out the b section later and post it here.

I only crammed it into 4 macros, but it sounds perfectly fine ingame lol

Edit: I think adding only another 2-3-5-3 on the end would suffice, the numbers you gave don't seem right, too long maybe?

Actually, it didn't sound quite right to me so I pulled up a guitar transcription and played it through. The notes in the opening melody are F-A-B, F-A-B, F-A-B-E-D, B-C-B-G-E, D-E-G-E. Yet another song where it's over an octave >.<
EDIT: Not to mention it's modal so you can't quite fit it onto the sounds we have right now, which I'm assuming are the notes of the major scale (don't have a bell).

lol it's a tad short, extended version leaves us one note short (call it /bell0) :(... I can't believe we're sitting here trying to work this out >_> lol, anyhowz, I can think of worse ways to kill time XD!

Even if you had a /bell0, /bell4 isn't going to sound quite right because (/musicgeek on) Saria's Song is in the Lydian mode, which has a raised 4th. Also, you'd need a -1 under that setup for the D in the last bar, and even then it'll sound wrong because of the lack of a raised 4th. If SE's gonna do this, we need at least 2 octaves lol.

/musicgeek off.
My last music lesson was when I was in high school (So many years ago..... u_u) so I fail miserably at theory now but I can play by ear just fine XD, as for the notes sounding 'off', I agree to that, but we're playing with bells, not a philarmonic orchestra, a teeeeny error like that isn't gonna break the game (or eardrums!) or will it! O_O
I agree tho, more octaves would be nice XD

Bassoon, Bass, Guitar {Can I have it?} XD
*Waits for obligatory picture of the fish*
EDIT: @Israfel
I'm no longer a music major but I still play quite a bit, so music is my big passion in life. Hence, stuff like that bugs me XD
