I just reached level 86 on my 2nd account and used a scroll of Regen IV. I then changed my regen 3 macro to 4, and i get:
/magic "Regen" IV <t> ....A command error occurred. Thinking this was just my macros not working I tried to use it manually, but same thing. Any ideas whats going on?

IV goes inside the quotes ie. "Regen IV"

Thats the thing, my macro was /ma "Regen III" <t>. then i changed it to 4. I thought that was weird too, but again, it doesnt even cast when i manually select it from my spells list.

change jobs, log out, log in, try again
Mine is working perfectly fine.
you should double check that, and any script you might be referencing, 99.99% chance it's you making the mistake and not xi
I had the same problem you are most likely using an outdated version of spellcastlite. Switch to spellcast. I had this exact same problem with Holy Mist the new carby BP back at 80
