To be perfectly honest; I can't draw circles or really any curves either. I scribble all my lines, then erase bits that shoot off wide and fill in the white bits in the scribbles with black, and voila! Instant solid lines!
For example:
Scribbles (although most of my off-shoot lines have been erased already)
"Cleaned up" and filled in scribbles
Alternatively, you could always use the straight line and circle tools and do stick/block people. ^^

Do you all have a tablet? I can't do a *** using the mouse!
yeah, can draw multiple strokes on top of eachother, then select a white colored pencil to erase undesired excess strokes. it is hard to start off drawing on ms paint,e specially if you havent done so before, but dont be afraid to abuse the straight lines or other tools if they work for you =)
