Lol hot topic, each person's reaction is different I guess. I would respect him more personally if he didn't bm, but he's still a good player regardless.
But then again, his bm is rewarding when he rages and loses to halluc void rays.

I'm not really bothered by it TOO much. I think he's doing it partly because of the attention it gets him. A lot of people exaggerated. There are moments where I would have preferred Idra to manner up, when it's getting close to bigotry. If he could get over his BM he'd be a great player.
Have you seen what happened at MLG against MMA?

Yeah, waiting on the streaming for that to start Thursday.

Have you seen what happened at MLG against MMA? I saw MLG Columbus. I plan on attending MLG Raleigh.
I think as long as Idra can stay in the games longer (which he has made progress on) and control his temper, he'll continue to be a powerhouse. If not I see him becoming a joke and falling behind.

Ooh yay Starcraft! I've been playing this roughly a month. High Gold at the moment, hoping for promotion soon but might not get it before next season. I play Protoss primarily, though I can dabble with either of the other two.

It's not as epic as people make it sound, but it's pretty funny nonetheless.
Quote: Yeah, you generally don't engage turtled terrans, you just hurt their economy and force them to push you. 75% of the time when they are forced to push they'll be in a horrible position and you'll just run over them.
Most definitely do not unless you have a damn good reason to. Siege Tanks and Bunkers are both incredibly cost effective defensively and there's no point attacking if you're going to come out worse. Just imprison/starve and do drop play, or force their hand with Brood Lords / Colossi (sometimes, positionally situational) / idk TvT.

TvT... I hate it when it comes down to two lines of siege tanks staring at each other.

Well, none of the mirror matches are comfortable at all :(
TvT => one positional mistake and OH GOD THE PAIN
PvP => if you 4gate/3gaterobo badly or make a micro mistake, especially early, goodnight
ZvZ => WTF IS MY OPPONENT GOING TO DO OH GOD

ZvZ => WTF IS MY OPPONENT GOING TO DO OH GOD ZvZ and PvP can both be epic. I mean just look at Naniwa/HuK/MC playing each other (for PvP anyway).
July is probably one of my favorite Zerg players.
I like GuineaPig and his playing random. Always amusing.

Oh, and shockingly am RaenRyong on EU server in case anyone is very curious. Always happy for a match even if you're miles above me in ranking (I like to improve and being beaten allows me to do this unless I'm beaten because I make a stupid mistake).

Do you need a EU account to play with EU people? Or is that just for laddering?

I like IdrA.. I just wish he had a little more faith in his ability when it comes to tournaments. I woke up when that game at MLG columbus was taking place and my mind was just blown when it happened. I can't wait to watch the next MLG though, was very, very exciting to watch.

ZvZ is the worst imo. It's really ridiculous how weird that mirror matchup is. Always /facepalm at ZvZ.

Yeah, I have EU and US copies of SC2 attached to my blizzard account. I use the same sign on for both, but I have to have both clients on my computer to play on both servers.

oh I love Starcraft!
I played a bit of SC2, however I still play SC1 very often.
I'm rather impressed that couple of friends I met in FFXIAH are players of starcraft too, maybe I really should try to get SC2 so I can play with them.
I'm a zerg player too but I think I suck too much, I end up flooding a lot of hydra with something else hahahaha xD

He's good, but his ZvP is pretty poor and then he blames Protoss for being imbalanced. He does exactly what I like Zergs to do when they face me, instead of using stuff I actually fear (read: INFESTORS).

What's your EU account name? I need some Terran practice partners. PvT is difficult and I want to try a variety of new strategies etc.

Husky can be fun, but he's more of a caster for those that aren't really looking at the pro scene as close. Casual SC'ers I'd say. But I noticed recently he has a lot of haters, uncalled for I believe. :)
Anyways, yeah, I'm just gonna wait till heart of the swarm before I really give laddering a go. Kinda have a SC burnout, but I still love to watch tourneys at the moment, and an odd stream once in a while. E-sports is not too bad. Haha.

Already played yet can't find any results.
Great RTS game, can't wait for Heart of the Swarm. Any of you guys play competively online?
