For me personality is the deal breaker. Gotta legitimately enjoy each others company, good sense of humor without being childish. Generally fun to be around, good companion type. Not into extremely outgoing people, a good night for me is on the couch with pizza watching old movies.
Physically, preferably shorter (guys srsly have height complexes), slim, I'm a brunette/dark hair person(asian girls <3). That's about all, I don't really get tied up with physical looks.
