As with any new system, it's gonna be full of holes, flaws and bugs. Give it a week or two and I'm sure SE will patch up the unforeseen loopholes and flaws in it. The biggest one being POL requiring your SE account password to log in even after canceling it and disabling it under your POL login settings. That's quite a big ***-up.

True, but, for lack of a better example atm, its like trying to spend money on a Credit card that you havent received yet.

And, you never know what those instructions are gonna say. If you read the online guides and problem questions, you can already see, that SE is positioning themselves to protect against certain issues.

I figured out that you have to link it through POL as well, when it tells you to log in you back out of the login dialogue, and go to the account settings. At the bottom it'll ask you what the SE ID is. Once you've got it coupled on both ends it'll be just fine.
