AT&T DSL Service

(Note: I'm connected wirelessly to a neighbor's wifi network in my neighborhood to post this like my last post on FFXI AH, but he's on Charter Cable Internet.)

I'm curious if anyone has service from AT&T in the Southern California area. My friend on FFXI also from SoCal (20 minutes from me) is also on AT&T DSL (non-Uverse) and he's offline in my MSN Live Messenger list.

So far Uverse TV works but DSL and phone service is down. I can't make phone calls on my phone either.

I've tried calling AT&T's Customer Service on my cell phone (T-mobile service) at 1-800-277-2020 but get the following message:
"...all circuits are busy now... message CA26... [something in Spanish]... 55"

(What is CA26? O.o )

For goodness sakes I hope Lulzsec isn't DDoS-ing AT&T's servers, that is just going too far.

If it was Lulzsec, I wonder who was the idiot that suggested AT&T on their so-called "hotline."

DSL is back but not sure for how long. Phone service is still down.
