I've seen offers from 3-8 mil for just the egg. Other items should be a bit cheaper since people would want other drops from the nms.

For Tongue/Beard honestly if you have KS, I'd offer your pop in exchange for the BB item instead of buying the items. At least try that at any rate.

On Lakshmi, several of my friends have sold Blue Pondweed (which is the pop item for Adamantoise; he only has a small chance at dropping a pop item for Aspidochelone...) for 700k to 1 million gil. Given that, I'd say the prices for Egg/Tongue/Beard are probably going to be ridiculous.
