Job Adjustments - Fine print
Ok maybe it is just me, but I have read and reread these snipets from SE about the job adjustments. As everyone knows SE is real picky about how they word things. So with that in mind. It finally hit me last night...
"In this second half of the announcement on job adjustments and additions planned for the April version update...."
read it closely... "Second half"
You can not have a 3rd half, or 4th half (without exceeding the original whole amount).
With all this said. It really looks like there will not be any additional jobs adjustments on this update.
Hopefully I am wrong, but knowing SEs attention to wording it really doesn't look that way.
Any thoughts on this?

Most likely will be like last big update before WotG. Everything will be revealed once maintenance is done.

i was thinking that when i first read it meh ...
Update is less than a week away, I doubt there's going to be anything else.

I said this yesterday morning right after the update came out. It seems either their English was a mistake, or its the end for job adjustments. However. avatars might not constitute as a job adjustment, but a new quest. Pertaining to one particular job.
They always randomly sneak stuff in on VU day. We'll just have to read through the update notes and see what surprises they threw in.

Bats are considered birds because they fly. It's to do with the monster correlation charts.
None mage jobs aren't getting anything! QQQQ
yea they told us all the job adjustments, but there will be a good amount more in the update non job related im sure.

I guess you'll have to excuse SE for not making a {Flying Winged Mammal Killer} job trait which would only include two mob families.

Apparantly the French and JP versions of this notice didn't say "second half", but "second part". Lost in translation, it seems :(
Yes, im sure this update will be pretty big. Wasnt there some update info on rdm and whm abilities or traits? anyways im lookin forward to seeing what they do and they could throw something in at the last minute.
The two latest automaton heads weren't considered 'job adjustments' in the update previews by SE, but rather 'battle adjustments' so here's hoping...
The second half of the announcement, the adjustments still have a few more jobs to hit, and they're taking so long to do them they might just start into another round. Not to mention all the little ninja-changes S/E likes to slip into the game when they think we're not looking. <.<
Is there an actual date for the update? I can't find it D: I'd imagine it to be soon, it's April now.
Oh, so two days. So that makes today and tomorrow for any "ninja" announcements. As much as I wanted an update for a job I actually play, I'm not getting my hopes up.

Ditto. Getting it to 37 was painful enough for my tastes, although I need to get it to 40 at some point for that katana with the cooking latent >.<

"'Ninja' announcements" = sneaking in an announcement before it launches < how I read it.
But yeah, I'm sure other jobs will be getting a tweak, they're just not going to announce it beforehand. Like you said "[look close at what they say!]"

There's quite a few that haven't been used. None of them are new though. Minne and Minuet V, Carol II, Chocobo Hum, etc.
