Anyone know by trial/error if this is simply just Accuracy or if it includes Magic Acc and Rng Acc?

the feet give rng acc and the head gives magic acc other than that the other pieces just give regular acc

I think you're mistaking this for some other armor.
Homam has no "Set" bonus, except "Set: *** Sexy" but that still hasen't been confirmed by SE, merely a speculation.

I think you're thinking of the Denali set from Nyzul Isle.
That said, I don't know. Guessing only normal accuracy since I don't think any other piece stats Accuracy but gives other kinds.

I'd assume just melee accuracy. While the legs and feet have macc, it's primarly melee gear IMO.
