So apparently i lent it to an old friend and never got it back, can't find it. i've been looking at the recipe, and it should be tier 1, 10% hq chance. Yet the prices is 40x the cost of materials for hq? am i missing something?

Anyways looking to acquire one, can buy the materials and pay someone for HQ if anyone has 95ish + CC and 60ish smithing.

But refuse to pay 1m for a 30k tier 1 item >.>

I'm something like 3/100+. I think 1M offsets the cost fairly. If you're not willing to spend it, others are. Good luck finding your crafter.

There is a search function for finding people with crafting requirements. Do a /sea all name and /t them if they are online. A lot quicker than people who don't look at forums.

so its a tier 0 and the skill caps are wrong? Everything i've looked at says its 81 cc and 42 smithing? something like that, easily Tier 1'd >.>

Tier 1 isn't that straight-forward with a subcraft.
