I was kicked at about 2am pst from the game this morning. Tried to log back in and was informed that I was cancelled due to unpaid fees, etc., etc. I've played years and have never ever seen this ***before. My fees have all been payed and am current. What gives?
Yah, I made a post about it this morning under another thread. Called customer support and got d*cked around as usual. Got the "I don't know what you are talking about. It must be your bank" BS.... I left a note on the SE forums. Hopefully they respond.

SE has the absolute worse customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. This is taking "whacked" to the next level.
I dunno why, but for some reason this reminds me of the movie "Better off Dead" with that newspaper boy riding his bike, stalking the main character, chanting throughout the movie... "4 weeks.... 20 papers... plus tip..... 2 dollars! I want my 2 dollars!...."
This happened to my husband account. He tried to log in around 4pm est and his account had got the whole stupid error that he had unpaid fees. Looked up what the unpaid fee was and it came up as March's billing fees :/
This whole month is supposed to be free... and its on the record, so if they billed you, they owe you that money back.. and if it bounced stuff within your checking account.. then they owe you for the fees there aswell... theres no way around it, if they dont acknowledge that fact... then you can sue them.

Step 1: Call SE support.
Step 2: Threaten to go to WoW or Rift if the issue isnt fixed.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit
Threats dont work with companies like that, especially saying you will go to another game... however if you do say that you will contact the BBB and your attorney gen. then that might get you a fix

Was on the phone with SE not once, but twice. Both times I was put on hold and promptly disconnected a few minutes later.

Same happened to me and SE told me that I am being billed for March service..which I understand and this is why I am intentionally using a prepaid visa/mastercard...have been unfairly double billed in the past and when one of the accounts was hacked all banking info was exposed so for us prepaid is our safety net. When I asked customer service about billing for May I was told that those fees will be due in the upcoming registration maintenance.
