A Custard has no crust, a Tart has a crust on the bottom (and sometimes the sides), A pie is filling contained completely within a crust of some form.
Apple Pie = Pie
Pumpkin Pie = Tart
Cheesecake = Tart
Flan = Custard
Pudding = Tecnically a Custard...
Jello = Also technically a Custard...
cheesecake is the only thing closest to the taste of Lady Altana's snatch.
