Idk what side of this issue I'm on. In some cases abortion is acceptable due to a persons current situation and whether or whether not they are able to properly raise a child.

But as to the article... it is pretty crazy. I don't really know how to address the topic because... I mean a fetus can't testify and all they are doing is proving something that everybody could figure out without even needing to bring the woman to court. This article just makes me feel like somebody wanted to QQ about something but do it in a professional manner>.>;

And that girl from the FB SS... needs her tubes tied>.> Cut that mess out the human gene pool so that we can evolve...not devolve...

I don't think abortion should be as easy as it is, It saddens me to see statuses like this

ugh

See now this is an excellent candidate for abortion. I speak not of the baby of course, we should put that in a test tube or something. The adult on the other hand... not to late to abort her.

No joke; I went to college with the guy mentioned in her status.

Edit: Unless it's just a freak coincidence.

ahmmm... those little buggers can follow just about any fluid trail...if she's on her stomach... guess what, your fluids are making their own trail, cause after things been stretched, there is gonna be leakage.. so you gonna get...gravity assisted travel. No matter which way you go....unless you are covered and gel'd(spermacide) you still got a chance of getting preggers. REmember...Only takes one of those little buggers to "get 'er done" and if conditions are right those things can live for 3 days.

so how does a 9-week-old fetus testify in court?

Same way as the Ghost that Never Lies.

Honestly, this is the single most dire insult to the United States justice system I have ever heard of.

It goes to show you what extreme Republicans think about the intelligence of the general American public.

I didn't want to be the first to say that in this thread, however, an American pointing out that fact makes it more poignant. What other Western country would keep George Bush in office for 8 years? ;D

Having said that, George Bush is now in the past, and things hopefully are turning for the better.
