For the folks who enjoy FFXI's music, Naoshi Mizuta also did one other FF game's OST: the decent 4 Heroes of Light.
If FFXI was a single-player game (and on the DS), it'd probably sound like this.

Wow, good one there. I've been all over Ace Combat since before it was called Ace Combat (Air Combat lolz), I can't believe I forgot about Razgriz.
I still consider Ace Combat 4 to have one of the best narratives among pretty much all games.
hells yeah. AC4 kinda stands out now since being comically melodramatic seems to be the in thing in the series now (I HAAAAATE WAR BUT I FIGHT FOR WHAT I BEEEELIVE IN etc). ACX did follow AC4's storytelling method except replace Yellow 13 and a civilian kid with some nosy news reporter)
It's kinda funny because FFXI's stories makes the player character act as stupid and weak as possible, whereas Ace Combat does the exact opposite without even showing the PC's face.
I tried playing that again recently when I downloaded old Sega games for psp. Was too hard though. Dunno how I beat it with my sister playing with me. She hates games.
I love the Bleach battle music. But here's some songs that I loved when playing these games.
I'm doing this one on the side; but for those who have played Chrono Cross will be familiar with the fight against Miguel. And how ridiculously difficult and ongoing the battle was with the most dramatic, yet intimidating battle music I've ever heard.
Amazingly this music is fitting for when you both win and lose.
