Should I go with the Corsair 300R, C70, or 650D?

The 300R has everything I could need and more with a great low price.
The C70 has some neat bells and whistles for a few extra bucks.
And the 650D is overpriced luxury I can't help but want :(

Just so I know, should I watch it in the order of 3 > 1 > 2 > 4? I was told 3 is a prequel.

I believe it is a prequel, but I'd just see them in the # order. Then you'll see how the playstyle evoled. And you won't be all "oh wtf...." because the first game is kind of archaic compared to #3 and 4.
