It's just a silly gif poking fun at the excessive exaggerations people feel Obama is solely responsible for every infraction under the sun that may or may not affect their lives in a direct or indirect manner.

Anyways, that is a silly meme. I don't like the man personally nor politically, but don't see the purpose of blaming him. Unless I can actually blame him for street closures when he wants to grab a hamburger from VA and his motorcade makes it over from White House in DC to Rosslyn, VA faster than I could (I used to speed a lot). >_>
