Depends on how cold Shiva actually is! I would assume no, because in FFXI we take Blizzard Vs to the face all the time and don't die from it or freeze solid.

I always took the blizzard spells to be more about sharp ice crystals rather than just being cold...

And clearly Asura is the best server because it has me... Not really since I haven't done anything in game for a while since I have no one to play with XD

My poor darlings! It was 4 degrees out when they went outside to do their business this morning. The snow that was on the ground had a frozen crust over it, just fragile enough that every time they stepped down their little paws broke through the crust and hurt them, so before they even both got both of their businesses out, they were limping around whimpering from hurting paws and coldness. I considered buying them these:
