Also like the German word "Gift" is to poison?

EDIT: Not long just weird how some words usually translate into other languages, but this one was missed somehow.

Gift (pronounced yift (like swift)) means poison in Swedish as well

It's not the same word for both .-. Gift is just the German word for poison.. or maybe i just understand you wrong
We have Mitgift, which is mmm dowry? and literally translates to 'with poison' in modern German x3

There's a few words that confuse me sometimes, but too sreepy to think of some now @,@
