What was your perception that it wasn't good?

I didn't have any skepticism that it wasn't good, but rather just general ignorance of what was in the food I've been eating for ages.
But after being told what I was actually consuming, the familiarity and general enjoyment kind of came together in those "a-ha!" moments.
