How to test a capacitor
**Warning - If you are pulling a capacitor off anything, make sure it's discharged. Some can hold a charge and it'll shock you.
Years ago before lightsabers became possible to buy in stores, me and some friends built one. The lightsaber ran off a 9 volt but with the capacitors in it, it wasn't grounded right and would heat up.
One friend's father hit the capacitor with a screwdriver and got lit up, it was like getting hit by a stun gun.

I think most who know what a Cap is, and have a Cap meter, would know how to use it, I find the video rather redundant tbh...

As a kid I took apart a small crt television, I'll take the charge of an electrolytic over that any day.

get to like 18 and go leech in a GoV party or something.
then again legit soloing you should be able to smash mobs heads in til 20 just with xp rings/books no problem, without even using pets.

tbh, I just stick with EP mobs most of the time soloing/doing books.
yeah it's lazy, but the risk is lower, and kills are faster.
