Vegetarian is easier than you'd think. Or maybe that's just because of how I've been raised mostly.

Restricting meat intake isn't really that bad, not even true vegetarian. Eating more of certain kinds of fish and plants is healthier for you and better for the environment. I still have plenty of meat, but I'm not opposed to eating much less of it than I used to

I only eat poultry and fish. =\ not very much of either honestly.

Had BBQ Steelhead Trout for dinner tonight. Sounds strange, tastes amazing.

I'm not a huge fan of fish.. I like Shellfish more, or more particularly, shrimp, crawfish and lobster.. Not a huge fan of other seafood, although I absolutely love the fried calamari at Olive Garden, and I like fried clams.. I'd never even touch raw oysters.. I mean I'd eat sushi before raw oysters and the thought of sushi makes me gag...

If my seafood isn't full cooked, get it the hell out of my face.
