This is what I have gathered as well since I started posting in RT.
It may sound stupid, but it's just that like I don't enjoy when people judge me as bad without actually knowing me, I don't like also when they think I'm good without knowing me.

I have found that the people that tend to tell you that they are horrible people... 90% of the time aren't all that bad... usually has to do with bad relationships and such... had a friend who never really found a guy she could stand for longer than a month which lead her to get som bad feedback when they broke up which made her feel like there was something wrong with her or something like that... The guys were just being stupid and she just didn't like them in reality lol... only one example though...
