It's not romantic if they don't know each other yet, it's creeptastic.
Girls run the other direction screaming when you tell them "I like you a lot" <heavy breathing red face palms sweating> before you have gotten to know them on a personal level on instinct... it's creepy, it's weird and it's wrong.

Honestly this sounds like a common front women use to detract guys in general. Nobody who is self proclaimed to be THAT bad, really are. Or should I say, very seldom are.

I promise, you would be faaaaaaaaaaaaar from the craziest woman I have ever tried to woo.
