I end up going with gift cards and money for the most part... I'd like to buy them specific things but no one tells me what they want either. Then they give me hell for not asking for anything >.>

Well... here's what i'll do for the secret santa thing then since there seems to be a few apprehensive about just getting gifts... I can either A) just start a new secret santa thread and have people just put their own suggestions up and still be surprised by who they get and have an idea of what each person wants as well... B) pick the secret one and then just put those two people in touch with eachother... in any case PM if you want to participate or have further suggestions...

Anyone can do that if they want for sure... the idea of a secret santa is to include the community... make sure everyone gets a gift that wants to participate... and limits the funds people need to spend... but like you said anyone can do anything they want so yeah lol... this isn't a necessity just an idea for the community...
