I usually stretch first (warm up the muscles) and have some form of protein (I do protein shakes personally).

Potassium! (Lillicarnage's banana idea) I always do this -after- the work-out because your body absorbs anything you take in after exertion at an incredible rate and potassium will lessen muscle soreness~

the banana thing I actually took from Wii Fit lol, the little board guy suggested eating a banana before the workout because the sugars in a banana are more easily converted to useful energy or something.

Yeah, here I am giving workout advice and I weigh 5,000 pounds.
Oh you do not weigh 5,000 pounds! You are perfectly fine.
Stretching before you warm up is a no no, your muscles are cold and stiff and stretching will damage the muscle fibers and might even pull a muscle. A great analogy is that of blue tack, if you stretch blue tack when it's cold it does not return to it's normal shape and may even snap, well your muscles very much follow the same rules. If you warm up blue tack then stretch it the tack will be flexible and elasticated.
Stretching afterwards however is a good idea and essential to reducing pain and stiffness later on.

Hrmmm my phone is acting really stupid today :| been doing that actually for a while... but i'm not sure whom to contact, AT&T (my cell provider) or Motorola (my phone manufacturer) a few people have told me just to *** enough to get a new different phone (as this one has been giving me issues since like the first month :| ) will that work though?

Speaking of iThings... my iPod recently became crippled so I am looking to get a new one, or something like it. Are there any decent competitors on the market these days as far as MP3 players go? I was looking at the latest iPod Touch and geebus, $400 for only 64 GB? Cool that it has a camera and all but... I kinda have a camera for that already.

I had a creative product that I loved before I jumped the iWagon.
I just use my phone now, iPod has been sitting dead for awhile.
