To a degree, it can be a powerful element leaving the rest for artistic interpretation, which can be a good thing. In others it can be a bit alienating, but I felt there was some degree of closure in this one.
I love how that poem was summarized perfectly within the last minute.
So fun news I got today. Apparently my sister has dropped out of college, only a few days after refund checks were handed out.
Seems like a smart move on her part, timed it so she got her refund before she bailed, but at the same time I think she is totally screwing over my Dad. He co-signed a $4500 loan for her to be able to take classes this semester, and he's pretty sure he will be stuck paying it as my sister has now dropped off the radar (I heard about her dropping out form one of her teachers).
If it weren't for the fact that she is screwing over my old man I would be giving her mad evil genius props.

The direction of your sister's life is troubling.
I mean, I'm not one to talk as I'm more or less living a boring life paycheck to paycheck, but college was definitely a step in the right direction to open options for what she intends to do for the rest of her days instead of being stuck with entry level *** like retail :/
If I had the money to go to college, I'd put every damned fiber of effort into it until I got out with what I needed.

My siblings have done relatively similar sordof. Parents pay for their college and then they flunk out. Pisses me off because they don't realize how much it costs for the classes/loans/books and then put no effort into it. Had one sibling who actually got a government grant for being a single parent and got her tuition/books for free and still flunked out. I just dont get it..college isn't for everybody but if its going to be handed to you atleast put the effort in while you have it not to let the money go to waste.

I still have not got any email from my financial aid office about my refund... I'm pretty sure I should get something but not sure ... all my friends have gotten at least some kind of email from them ... yet I have not.

Evil genius props are NOT a good thing. It would be like the same evil genius props I would give to say... Hitler.
