Goobbue is still in the game until the next patch, and nothing has been announced about Magitek. :I

And location/dungeon/NM based achievements will be unobtainable (because said locations won't exist anymore), and neither will the seasonal event achievements.

The leve/behest achievments for specific camps/gates, the exploration ones, dungion ones and ifrit/garuda/moogle ones.

It hasn't been announced how to get the Magitek armour; IIRC the Legacy mount is a special Chocobo.
Need lv30 before next patch for Goobie. :x

It won't be like HNM since apperently they can pop/wander anywhere so you can't really camp them straight up.

Kinda, but with a much larger pop and wander range. Also instead of just waiting for them to repop the company that defeats them will beable to summon them if conditons are met which will result in an early repop
