what part of your back hurts?

if it's in the lower left/right side regions drink tons of water and in between drinks lie down on your back with your knees up, ()like you're going to do situps) then ball up your hands and stick them under your back, directly under where it hurts on both sides, it's a temporary fix until the water takes effect but it makes life a bit more tolerable for a few minutes.

I dunno what to do if it's anywhere else, I have bad kidneys and the lower regions of my back tend to ache horribly every few days (I really don't drink enough water) so that's what I do to feel better.

Hope your back feels better soon!

I think it's inflammation cause the aspirin toned it down alot... I might try that other thing too... it's lower back kinda right side...

my backs always been a tad bit screwed up for as long as I can remember.

along with being in a wheelchair 99% of the day I also have mild scoliosis (not life threatening amount thank god)

I think I know what's causing it or what might have caused it ... but I dunno nor will I talk about it.

Sorry, I was playing SC2. I didn't win, but it took Svedin 45 minutes to kill me (usual 25ish minute games).

anyways its too bad cookout barely has any places outside of NC, it has THE best food and a giant list of amazing milkshakes, and everything is super cheap.

I hate the Chicago airport so much. It says they have wifi, but oh haaa. got to pay for it.. no plugins.. hate this place.
