If your friend smoked weed with PCP on it, he put it there himself.

lol I remember years back (like when I was 10 or so) I was staying the night at my mothers house and she handed us an envelope and said someone was coming over with money for her... she told us to give them the 'envelope'

I may remember incorrectly, but it was laced with something. Maybe, it was something a little less costly. On top of that, it was a friend of a friend, so information could have easily been misconstrued.
