I have blueberry donuts.

Yeah I thought my school was steep at 30k a year... one of the girls that works here paid 53k a year... ouch...
Hurray for Sweden and 0/year >_>

Yeah...Seems like $3,500 to $4,000 is the average for financial aid recipients, or at least the ones that I knew. You Easterners pay too much a semester. Anyhow, do you have a part-time job already? I live in the Northeast US. Schools around here aren't very cheap unfortunately. I have no job yet, but the school I'm transferring into I may not even need to get one. The school I am transferring has a co-op program that will get me work in my major. I've read it's possible to earn up to 10k a semester doing that.

Odin.Tsuneo said: » At 22, I should be nearly done with college, but I spent so much time screwing around. I need to figure out how I'm going to afford 40k a year when I transfer. Q_Q State schools are relatively cheap but those costs are rising too...

With that kind of tuition I could have gone to University of Pennsylvania, but yeah, I don't have the gpa for that.
No need to be ashamed, little buddies! Graduating at twenty-three isn't the end of the world. Five year grads! WOOT!
If I put in a lot of summer semesters, I could probably graduate by the time I'm 25. I wish I hadn't dropped out for a year.
yeah but im not sure i have the right major for what i want to do, can i change my major if its wrong when i transfer? .-. trying to talk to anyone in my school is a pain lol

Why even bother going to college.. All the money is in owning a college.. <.< I think I might have taken a year break after high school then dropped out for another year. I don't rememeber. >_>
As far as the major switching goes, I'm not sure. When I graduate from current school I will have an associate's degree in Computer Science, so my major will be pretty much set when I transfer. watching the FF concert that was linked, its pretty cool, but the audio seems a bit off, but I think it is the recording device's fault...
I have been to 3~4 FF concerts (including FF11 festivals) and while the concerts in a fan-festival are ok, they surely dont compare to their concert counterparts, but it is interesting seeing another take of some of these songs regardless. on that note, "Draco and Maria" and "Distant Worlds" worlds with actual opera singers live is just.... cant be described with words.... I think SE will probably release a better recording of that eventually on their youtube channel.
ill have an associates in biology but my friend said i needed something else to work in labs D:
I'm afraid I don't know. My college has counselors and advisors for that type of thing.
also, cant forget about "Isn't it wonderful" and "Eyes on me".....
last time i talked to a counselor she didnt know anything about biology majors lol and its so crowded to even speak to one ~.~;
You guys are talking about being 22/23 graduating college, like it makes you old... And I'm 28, wanting to go BACK to college and basically start it all over. >_>
My last degree didn't really do anything for me, and odds of that changing are slim. At least it didn't cost me anything. The arrangement was beautiful, I guess you have a very narrow artistic interpretation if you can't appreciate renditions that part from the use of classic instruments only.
I'd probably fit in at high school still because I look like I'm 16 years old. I'm supposed to accept that fact that it'll be a good thing someday.

At least it didn't cost me anything. True, Slip... But I was also working 20-30 hours a week on top of school. And with what I was making at the time, the extra 10-20 hours a week, over the course of the year, probably barely outweighed the cost of the tuition (if I'd had to pay it).
So really, I just missed out on a bit of social time, if anything. Alexander.Drokin said: » You guys are talking about being 22/23 graduating college, like it makes you old...
