There should be a a way where all the neighbors in a neighborhood can vote someone out of the neighborhood if they all agree that said neighbor trash is *** annoying.

home owners association D: my neighborhood can kick someone out if they don't keep up to code and receive x number of complaints with proof
Yeah this neighborhood isn't good enough to have that.. Oh and the houses across the street are all rental properties. The landlord isn't going to evict them as long as they pay.

thats when you park your car out in the street and make a fort in the drive way to make it look like some kind of construction project is going on.
I think you should try the burning crap bag prank on them. The idea is to put them in as much annoyance as they put you.
Believe me I want to.. The entire yard (front and back, house too) is fenced in though, so I'd have to hop the fence.. I'd be spotted.. I thought about nonchalantly dropping a board with a few nails in it there though.. They'd never even see it, for whatever reason they pull up in front of our house and then back up.
As for cars out in front of the street, I thought about parking our car in that exact spot for a while and maybe they'd get the idea.. But the only car we have currently is my grandma's and she isn't going to allow that because about 10-12 years ago some guy was hauling *** down our street, drunk, and rear ended my grandpa's truck and pretty much totaled it out.
Yes, she's stupidly paranoid.

Those used to scare me, too. In fact I remember once in particular where I walked to class from where I parked, and as I went to the bathroom beforehand, for some reason it felt like my heart was going to leap out of my chest. It was pounding in there like a hammer. Turns out that it's probably due to activity, whether it's a walk or possibly caffeine. Also, believe it or not, it's another symptom of our favorite disorder... anxiety! *** anxiety. Provides every symptom under the bloody sun. At any rate, I've found the best thing to do with that is to get some rest and try to ignore it. It'll go away in time.

You don't get to /tell anyone only ctrl + r people and you cant trade lol and I believe there is a level 30 cap >.> But you do get the option to make it perma.. I think.. I dunno! I didn't keep mine!
