im thinking when is it time to let our oldest dog rest. my mom says shes waiting for me to tell her ok -_- i dont want to but i know hes just going to get worse

when you know your dog is unhealthy and theres nothing you can do to help make its life easier. When the time comes that prolonging your dog's life puts a bigger burden on your family then its time. In other words, when it hurts to see your dog live in agony is when its time.
