Hey Chaosx, that radio station I DJ'd at and had to leave awhile ago is shutting down. Owner was always completely herp-derp about how to run a business, so it's no surprise.
Still sad though, but reminds me about setting up my own station. Need to get on that after I get some munny.

sounds like my moms work, the person who originally owned it was great, but they were arrested for something. and the person who took over has slowly driven it into the ground. there have been tons of layoffs, paycuts, and recently they had to cut out OBs completely, which means the employees get shorter weeks.

My dad is a business dude, GM for hotels and stuff and knows about how to advertise and be successful and blah blah, but he wouldn't take any advice and would constantly do ***that pisses off the DJs.

yep, my mom is lucky to have had a job for as long as she has, but if things continue the way they are, then more than likely the place will shut down

I got my tonsils and adnoids (sp?) taken out when I was like, 17. So glad I don't have to ever possibly have that ***happen to me.
:( Lucky. If they keep showing up and making my throat hurt like this one was then I'm going to have to get them taken out. Every time I swallowed my throat/ear hurt :/

Get both those things I mentioned removed. Seriously, I've had so few issues with sinus infections and general sickness dealing with my head since then.
