Anyone can get high APM while playing, it's doing it efficiently that makes you good. In the Losira video, if you watch the screen, every movement pretty much has a purpose. A lot of SC2 players tend to 'box' (when you hold the button down to highlight multiple items on screen) constantly to get their APM up.
