Usuaully resetting the modem helps but it's like a 20% chance it's that, rest of the time it's those morons probably derping around with their ***not knowing what to do, doesn't matter if I get someone in the US or someone overseas, I can always hear them rifling through manuals or looking through their internet search to find out my problem cause they half the time don't know it.


Out of the 20ish people I have had out to my house over the past year I think I've only had like 1 that knew what the *** he was talking about.
