I had a pair of cheap headphones that I jumped a fence w/ and it sliced the wire in half. Went in and bought an identical pair, put the old ones as neatly as possible as I could in the box and returned it for full refund.

I don't know how they wouldn't check the box lol half the wire was missing.

. . . Wow, idiots! lolol They're supposed to check. I actually just returned a headset to Best Buy tonight. The chick took so long, I almost got snotty with her. I even had everything laid out for her(receipt, ID, headset contents) and explained everything before she really started. I was in line for over 10 minutes with 1 person ahead of me returning printing labels. It was ridiculous, lol.

Target has a no questions asked policy, I think, but I figured they'd at least open the box. Usually when I return something, they just take it out of the bag, put it back in the box and put it in a cart to be sent back.

But since I had it so neatly put in the box, he just scanned it and put it in the box.

They're still supposed to check, no matter how neat it looks. Especially with electronics. I used to work at a service desk. I wasn't a *** or anything, but I didn't let anyone *** me over. >.> They'd still have taken it back, I'm sure. But whoever buys it is going to be not so happy. :p

For example: I had someone try to return a neatly packaged 360. I opened it and there were old dirty clothes inside. I was like, wtf? The best part was, they just stood there like "I don't know how that got in there..." -_-
