Not stepping on your toes or telling you how to raise you kid here, but it sounds like you are almost proud of your son misbehaving? Idk would seem like a good idea to try and raise the kid to not be like that so that he doesn't get into trouble as a teen? /shrug.

I'm a parent, not just a dad. Just as the cliche goes, I do what's best for him, and he probably won't understand why until he's in my position, he can hate me for it now, and I really don't care, because I know when he is trying to raise a kid, he will understand why I did what I did.

Finally finished the main quest-line for Skyrim. Ending was short and meh, imo. Now I'm like having to search for something to do in the game.
Guess I'll run around talking to every person in every village/town/etc. till I get a quest or something.

I barely have anything left lol, it pretty much was the last thing to do. Already finished all "guilds" and gained Thane status in every hold. Not to mention the plethora of random quests I've done already.
I'm not one to run around and kill random people or just steal stuff. Only things I'll steal are what was the quest target for the thieves guild quests, and I'll only kill someone if they attack me first. On my main character anyway.
Guess I could work on getting my last 8 levels and getting all skills to 100, still got a couple to bring up from 80 or so.

For some reason, doing that kind of thing just never appeals to me. If I don't have quests to do or something to enhance/level, I get bored. Oh I still have a couple Steam achievements to get, guess I could finally go to jail and escape and actually get bounties in all nine holds, and pick 50 pockets. >.>
