What do you do?
Retail shoe store called "The Athlete's Foot", franchise etc stuff; been hoping for about a year+ to gtfo of retail (sell or find someone to run it) and because everyone else stopped caring for this direct one (even tho it was one of the best out of 10 across Louisiana), I was the last to stay and I'm closing it down next month.

Fastest mile is I'd say about 6:30? I did .95 of a mile in 6:22 (I did .95 because that's how far the candy store was from my house when I decided to jog there.

My usual "half mile" is actually .55something, and the fastest one of those I've done is 3:12, which came up to be going at a 5:49 pace.

lol, well it was either jog half a mile around my neighborhood or jog the "mile" there and "mile" back for 1.90 miles and score some candy, so I went with the latter.

Up until about 2 months ago, I'd be in the 8:30-9:00 range, excluding the one time I did a 6:50 in middle school, so progress has definitely been made.

My main problem though is my legs get tired far before I get winded. I ride my bike about 70~80 miles per week, and I'm in the gym doing squats and dead lifts 2-3 times a week, so not really any time they're not sore.

I don't even see how that's possible.. It's not like you can just put some bud in what is basically flavored water, let it soak, strain out the bud, then get high..

Could soak it in alcohol first, then add that to the Gatorade, but then it's not really Gatorade anymore..
