I believe this was the one. Didn't look at many others when I was attempting to get it working on my laptop. Basically just a huge graphic overhaul that makes the game look pretty damn close to Oblivion.

Yeah, I could probably program it now that I think about it haha. Be a nice Java experiment I guess.
Edit: or I could learn C++.
its not that hard, i could probably write up a basic one, but it wouldnt be prettified, it'd be in beginner's command prompt type program.
