yeah I know all jobs throwing items do exist. the reason I mentioned pebbles instead is more because of any lvl can use, not the 8 mil pricetag or private rank needed

I guess so. You can use Darts too if you're a WAR RDM THF DRK NIN COR, but I guess pebbles have a larger job spread.
