Apparently there's a registration you must do first, it's listed on this site..

Well that might not work, that seems to be just a certain state..

Where was the card obtained from originally? That could help narrow it down...

Thinking back i think SECU is an NC only thing, plus the logo has a picture of the state with it =/

SECU isn't a NC only thing.. Just from skimming Google results I also saw the same thing in Maryland..

SxCU is a really common 'name'.. (replacing x with random characters, E and W that I know of)

they have this nifty little service where if theres a problem, theyll auto email you, and when you get it fixed you can reply to that email with 'resolved' in the subject line to get the order going again
