well this is turning out to be the year from hell :x
had to have dentist work done, gallbladder surgery, some ear infections, some other infections that were also bad, and now I just went for a hearing test and found out that I need hearing aids.
I'll take that award now.

Now I gotta go through the process of figuring out who is going to pay for them and when I would get them :x
My insurance has certain "criteria" that I need to fit to in order to get covered (yeah lolfuckyoufreegovtbsthatdoesntcovershit) or I have a few other places that may be able to help me out that I need to call once I get this call back from this one place that will take my insurance.

Yeah I completely understand why, the lady calls in about 4 times a month(5 times Sept. 1-present) so had to be done.
Running some tests on my computer, running in safe mode with networking, running the rift update and i'm getting some VERY weird results, I'll be downloading fine at a decent speed, then all of a sudden it will drop down drastically to a very slow speed (600kb/s~) then jump up again for a minute then back down.
I just cannot figure out what is making it do this :|
Well like my issue is weird, if I wasn't in safe mode if I did this, it would drop down to 0.00kbp/s and it would basically seize my whole computer up, which either means it's a software conflict (which is I think what it is) or something else which I can't figure out.
It's not my ISP, I tested that by having my gf bring her laptop and doing a fresh install of rift with update.
It updated fine with no problem and no hiccups in connection, which only leads me to the conclusion that it is my PC.
