But that post was about national politics in its purest form. Just a different nation.

Actually small group politics is the worst. There is? was? an Amalgamated Order of Real Bearded Santas* that was torn apart by small group politics. You would think that people who do santa to make children happy would be above stuff like that but you would be wrong.

*There seem to be 6 or 8 different RBS groups.

3 things about the steam deck "selling out" that matter

One, they've really cemented fomo. Everything keeps going up. if you buy it now, you can sell it secondhand for more than you bought it for. You'd be stupid NOT to buy it. The universe is upside down. Electronics are appreciating assets.

Two, scalping

And three, they didn't say how many sold out means. We restocked with 5, and sold all 5 is quite a bit different than 10,000.
