So many bad RNG streaks made me desensitized with low chance.

Before I thought: damn, dealing with this 5% drop rate / event occurence will suck major ***.

Nowadays: 1% chance? Easy peasy.

The only thing I still cant take is dealing with bad streaks with a low chance.

Having to fight 500 times for that supposed 1 out 100 rate is what breaks me

Context matters though
1 in 100 on 5 minute content vs 1 in 100 on hour long content are two different beasts

I think Jessi was the only one that watched Hazbin and Helluva Boss

But Amazon bought the second property and remade the pilot. Wow. Holy ***. That was an eyebrow raiser.

Rewatched Three Musketeers 1993.

Forgot how fast paced it is. Just one action segment to the next, minimal dialogue, campy but enjoyable evil villains, and D'Artagnan with BRASS BALLS!

Lady Dewinter segment still ice cold, and probably the most cinematic/gripping part of the movie.

Ahhh, nostalgia.

I think I'm gonna rewatch this again this week. The movie is a classic.

A movie I would really like a sequel to is District 9, but that's probably never gonna happen.

Talking about movies, I just watched a review analysis of Lunar.

And for the analysis alone… it was a hard punch in the guts.

Understanding the message behind Office Space and Lunar makes me really question our society and how exploratory and degradating is our working life.

Those messages stroke me at the exact moment where Im also feeling that I had enough of giving up my time to be a modern slave to a big company

Now not talking about movie, I think I am under cyber attack?

Out of nowhere my PC started to act weirdly, asking my bitlocker keys and refusing to start up.

It was so sudden.

I will check if it managed to get back

15 chapter in Chainsaw Man, and I feel like my instincts were right.

This story is like that kid in the classroom. He isnt the best in any subject, but scores 80 to 90 in every subject.

That guy that has no flaws. He is not good at math or biology. He is evenly good at everything.

This is what Im feeling with Chainsaw Man. There is no flaw, no weak point. It has good story, good characters, good storytelling, good pacing, good world building, good pictures. The only thing that is a 80 instead of 90 is maybe the art, but Im sure it will improve a lot soon.

Maybe the Shonen manga I had the most interest from the very beginning after Naruto.

I don't get what this references exactly, but I will + it because it's Niflheim.

I see that they managed to keep Bill Skarsgård. It pays to be naturally creepy, I guess. It works for Andy Serkis!

Idk about japanese, but transciptions in real time is certainly possible (though with questionable quality).

Just would need to find the right program to do it (must have one)

There are several live speech to text auto-translate programs, some actually based on ML some just say they are "AI" to make them sound cooler.

They have a few seconds delay not fully real time.

Can't imagine how any closer to real time would be possible, since not every language arranges subjects and predicates in the same way. Most can't be translated word for word, so a delay of at least one sentence seems inevitable. Anything past that may be improvable with faster processing, though.

Sure, I was explaining that "real time" is not really real time in the meaning of those words.

You know what it means, to anyone else it might not be obvious.
