Totally playing hooky from work today. Kept my kid home too. It was just one of those days, we decided we needed a 3 day weekend. School year is almost over, she's missed maybe 2 days of school all year. She just helped me make vegetable soup for dinner and is now chillin watching the Lion King.

I'm probably going to get yelled at at work for calling off, but idc. I have vacation time. It's just one less Friday I can take off this summer while she's on summer vacation. All in all, it's been a good day thus far.

Currently trying to talk my husband into getting a 2nd job so I can stay at home and be a "housewife". By that I mean stay at home, play FFXI all day, probably cook too much and get ridiculously fat.
