Quote: Live A Live is a 1994 role-playing video game developed and published by Square for the Super Famicom. A remake for Nintendo Switch was released worldwide on July 22, 2022, published by Square Enix in Japan and Nintendo internationally. The game follows seven distinct scenarios scattered across different time periods, with two more unlockable scenarios linking the narratives together through the recurring antagonist Odio. Gameplay is split between exploration with story-specific twists, and turn-based combat played out on a grid. YouTube Video Placeholder Sigh...
2AM and i just cant sleep due to loud music coming from both sides in my street, drunkards that give flying shits to people that just want to rest. I guess that only thing i can do is to start activities earlier, and get back to sleep when they get tired and leave. Situations like that that I feel the homicidal side of me rising. I wish i had those powers of invisible bombing: send a bomb to those music machine just to scare them a bit. They just do this ***cause none will complain with them at this time. I was registered to some ethical and sociocultural formation classes.
I always feel kinda annoyed with those classes, it always feel some contradictory concepts being parroted over in over in the years. Im sure at some point it was a legit concept, but at other point in time it was simply corrupted by people wanting to influence others, trying to establish a single society. I say that because while they insist we must respect the difference, on the other side, they also insist that everyone should behave in a certain way thats "socially accepted", despite this being clearly disrespectful to people who never partake any discussion about what is "socially accepted", and suddenly had all their habits and costumes being prejudiced by like everyone that supposelly respect the differences... Its acceptable, for example, recognizing that a cannibal tribe is legit while someone that think X, Y and Z that arent "politically correct" must be frowned upon by the entire "society". YouTube Video Placeholder stupid that its not on steam This game has some very interesting stories.
I can not tell about the gameplay though, probably it didnt aged well being a turn based RPG. Also, if one plays it just for the story, could just watch many videos that discuss about it. I kinda grasped the entire story just by watching those videos, so that i particularly dont feel motivated to invest on this game. YouTube Video Placeholder Dang, i love this guy and his style, and his videos. YouTube Video Placeholder Peele's NOPE is definitely divisive.
I can see people absolutely being uninterested, unless you're specifically into Peele's stuff. Of the three movies he has directed it's definitely the worst. It's not worth seeing in theaters.
The most fun part of it is the other people in the audience.
That's exactly the experience Peele wants you to have, people yelling out NOPE! Finally finished a near-100% run of FF3 on PSP that I started over a year ago. My only thought now is, "Why do I do this to myself?"

It's an anti-tech (anti drain?) But it's legitimately impossible. Even frame perfect emulation it cannot be done. It's simply broken.
(I believe it IS possible to get the reward from winning it in a tournament, but that's a .0000001% thing) I have a savestate mid drain-tackle (and the enemy always procs the resist due to the save state timing) I've tried tens of thousands of tries lol. And multiple save states before the encounter just in case. https://www.reddit.com/r/FinalFantasy/comments/auahwq/blitzball_learning_antidrain/ Asura.Eiryl said: » It's an anti-tech (anti drain?) I’ve never 100% X-2 because the lightning towers are virtually impossible on ps4 due to input lag Yeah the input lag on the lightning strike quest was also ridiculously annoying. it's simple enough to do, but remembering to delay your press everytime makes it a task in futility.
I never had an issue with the lightning strike in ffx. But the calibrating towers in ffx-2 on the tenth tower come so fast that it’s basically impossible to press the buttons fast enough on the wireless controller. By the time you see it on screen, it’s too late
It's the HD international version it causes a weird lag/delay in the strikes
Doing it on the original ps2 was regular flash, dodge. But the HD version you had to know it was going to strike and dodge right as it flashes. Also theorized why Anti-Drain is "broken" the "tech copy" flashes for like 30 frames but disappears before the HD lag even identifies it. (Tried copying early, late, extra early, extra late etc) I tried to beat FF3 but I got frustrated that you had to level that Thief up to max before you could steal from one of the NMs, Odin I think it was. It had too many missables, games with missables frustrate me.
YouTube Video Placeholder aaah Romero reference i get it now Draylo said: » I tried to beat FF3 but I got frustrated that you had to level that Thief up to max before you could steal from one of the NMs, Odin I think it was. It had too many missables, games with missables frustrate me. Agreed. And what's worse with Odin is the fact that he has two missables. He has one Gungnir that you get with a level 99 Thief steal and one Gungnir that's a <1% drop. If you really want both, you have to reload your save and run through a dungeon to get to him for every attempt. I can handle grinding every job to 99, but bashing my head against the wall until I land a <1% drop is just a bit much. This is why I went with a near-100% run instead of a perfect run. My pain tolerance only goes so far. I would love another game as dark as BoF2.
