I need to check what version mine's on, last I checked the newer firmwares weren't soft modable, but it's been like 2 years.
i still have my hacked psp. i had one of the original fats, but i also had a silver3000 that can run a soft hack. pretty nice. i even have the fft war of the lions umd, but i still played the .iso cause of load times. i got the umd to play multiplayer, but only ever got to play it once. seemed pretty bad ***. love me some fft.

SD Gundam G Generation Genesis is a step back from G Gen OverWorld (which is on PSP, so easily emulated, and has a full English translation patch available) in terms of roster since they cut it back to early UC only, but is supposedly still a pretty good game.
Dynasty Warriors Gundam Reborn is good fun if you like those kinds of games.
And from what little I've heard about them, Gundam Extreme VS Force and Gundam Seed Battle Destiny are both decent games.
Heard good things about the SRW Z series, but aside from that I have no idea about SRW since I haven't played any since the GBA.

New Gundam Breaker is the one with the NA release, and it's pretty bad. So bad it's already 77% off on amazon.co.jp despite not being out for a month yet.
