Work is a funny place sometimes.

I didn't have to ask permission to leave early for a doctors appointment, but I do have to in order to come in an hour early to make up the time.

Then our update server went to crap, our security cameras are down right now... and instead of having me work on those things they have me walking around behind the principal and a third grader who won "Principal for a Day" and recording that.

You best believe that camera work is shaky, zoomed in too much, and has lots of floor and ceiling shots. I was tempted to leave the lens cap on as well.

-.- Let the locals know that and they'll probably flip ***.

Dude, you have no idea. I hate being a third party in these school systems, the amount of ***I see and get told by my superiors that it isn't my problem and to leave it alone.

Silly ***like a class project where they put pictures of the kids in 1st grade class behind cartoon drawings of lions and sheep so the kids face was the animal face... but all the boys were lions making scary faces and the girls were all sheep making sad/scared faces. Talk about reinforcing gender roles at an early age. (I actually brought this up to a friend who has kids at the school and let her do the Mom thing)

Then the serious ***where I see a teacher yelling at a special needs kid to "Shut up" because he "Doesn't give a crap" when the kid was asking him which homework he should be working on. "You are in this program because you can't figure this easy ***out, why should I have to do it for you." Like dude... if I were a parent and I heard you said that ***to my kid, I would make Negan look like a real nice *** guy when I finished with you.

Wow, I just noticed that Negan is John Winchester.

In grade 5 I had a retired RN call me schizophrenic to my mom's face because I stood up to being bullied.

Trying to decide if I want to even log in to buy Bonanza Marbles in XI.

I really need to just divorce myself from the game but I've spent a decade and a half telling people "no one ever quits. You'll be back."

And with only one exception, I've always been right as pertains to my friends.

So I know it's foolish and I may as well take my chance on stuff.

At the same time I haven't even felt the desire to log in and try Ambuscade because...*** am I tired of the same old stuff.

Yet I miss being Ramyrez. My RL persona isn't nearly as awesome.

and I am a main line Video Game Junkie.

I started visiting FFXIAH to get my FFXI fix while I was at work...
which blossomed into a new addiction, being a jerk on the internet.

I've tried other games....I've tried watching television to pass the time... but the goddamn commercials get me every time.

I can't take them. And I can't even dvr watch sitcoms with all the canned laughter following every bad joke.

So I went back home to Sandy and started working on another relic

and yes sometimes I fall asleep in dynamis and wake up dead.... but who cares you can just go right back in now.....

Part of me wants to destroy ffxi and ffxiah to free myself of my own addictions forever.... or until I find some other game to become addicted to.

or maybe heroin I hear they are making some really high quality stuff now ....

Heroin is the byproduct of FFXI now.

I had the same issue when I bought mine, but thankfully, I had money for the increased price, by spamming WKR for HP bayld to sell.

They are pretty common here... pretty sure they sell them at the grocery store and in different colours.

Making money in-game has always been an issue for us.
Though I think we just found a way to make some last night! :P


Also, the fact that this song is used in the FFX/X-2 Remaster's Launcher on Steam gets me every time I load the game. I have to sit and listen, and I tear up a bit every single time.
